Congratulations Lyle, now a registered financial advisor!

What a great looking couple!!

Pretty little table... hmmmm didn't realize at the time the table cloth was crooked!! Perfect it had wine glasses and we had wine!

Lyle relaxes by the fireplace - the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!
What a great weekend we had last weekend. Lyle graduated from his class and is now a
registered financial advisor! So I took him off for a romantic weekend. He knew nothing about it. So he unpacked his bags (he was just coming home from St Louis) and packed what he needed and off we went. I had booked us a room at a Bed and Breakfast. It was lovely and romantic...

Fun with Kristie and the kids

Roger and Tanner looking at all the pretties...
The Fairies playing with Roger the monster...

Addison (Sandy and Roger's Grandaughter) and Avery stop running just long enough for this picture. After this picture Avery told me she was an Angel...

Avery's babies and animals all tucked in at the foot of her bed. She is so motherly

Wow, it was wonderful having the kids around. Avery just knows it all, but still asks why all the time. Tanner is a little lover running to us for hugs and kisses. Not sure if he really knows who we are but he sure shares those hugs!!

Kristie went away last weekend and left the kids with us and we played and had a great time. We also got together with the Norfolk's and Addison. Avery and Addison played very well so it was fun having them together. As the girls ran around being "fairies" Tanner could play with all the toys with nobody bothering him - it was great.

Ok, so I will try to be more faithful and post things but I will not promise anything right now... Good intentions and all, I just finished writing my Christmas letter to send out. Most things I am very organized but Christmas letters isn't one of them.
We spent christmas with Kristie, Quinton, Avery and Tanner. Christmas with a three year old is just wondrous. when they got up in the morning Avery couldn't believe her eyes. "Nana, there are a lot of presents!" Papa sorted presents and Avery and Tanner passed them out. We all had a great time.

Daddy and Avery playing...

Tanner loves to be read to.
Avery was really inerested in my sewing. So we got out her sewing cards. It was fun to share this with her.

Tanner loved his hammering bench. Soon he was knocking them through just having a ball.

Of course there are tons more pictures and I will try to post more soon. Hope you all had a great New Year -
